The room at Kannur West Beach Homestay was absolutely amazing. It had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, which made me feel right at home. The seating area was cozy and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The tile/marble floor added an elegant touch to the room. Plus, having a private entrance and a balcony was a great bonus!

Personally, I found the seating area in the double room a bit cramped. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Unbeatable location not far from beach and the nature and the restaurant, everything great. Food for breakfast was delicious. Vews on the sunrise. I appreciated how amicable the staff was.

I enjoyed the convenience of a restaurant, garden, and 24-hour front desk. The buffet and vegetarian breakfast options were great! The private beach area was a nice touch, and the children's playground added to the family-friendly atmosphere.

Loved the uphill drive in my small car, it was such a thrill!

The location is beautiful, surrounded by coconut trees and with a stream of water leading to the beach. The caretaker, Mr. Ali, provided great service and support. The food, especially the ghee fried stuffed banana, was amazing. The owner, Mrs. Deepa, was very coordinated. The room overlooks wetland, perfect for bird watching. Thottada beach is within walking distance. The hosts, Jisi and Sha, were excellent and tea was always available.

Can't fault the property in any way.

our recent stay at kannur was amazing, but our stay at west beach homestay surpassed all expectations. Mr. Sha is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The homemade food, clean rooms, and beautiful location near the beach and backwater made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful experience at West Beach House. Deepa & Biju, the new owners, were amazing hosts who made us feel right at home. the place itself is peaceful and beautiful, with a river nearby where we could enjoy the sights and sounds of exotic birds while sipping on homemade chaï or fresh coconut water. the beach, just a short walk away, was wild and serene, perfect for relaxing and swimming. the rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. Plus, Biju, who goes by the name Kaluni, offered tourism consultancy services, helping us with sightseeing, shopping. it was a delightful stay!

A Gem of a Stay!

From the moment we arrived, Mr. Sha, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He upgraded our room without any extra charge and even allowed us a late check-out. Arranging a midnight car for our airport drop was just another example of his exceptional care. The neighbor autorickshaw person, recommended by Mr. Sha, took us to the nearby fort at a reasonable rate.

Friendly host, stunning backwater views, minutes from the beach. Delicious breakfast included. Incredible homemade dinner. Just 15 minutes from town. Highly recommended.
